Transformational Coaching For Real, Lasting Change

Coaching is different from therapy. It is forward-focused, goal-oriented, and available to clients anywhere in the world. If you are not in Ontario, or if you are ready to focus on building the life you want rather than processing the past, coaching may be the right fit for you. 

What is transformational coaching and how is it different from regular coaching?

Transformational coaching goes beyond setting goals and making to-do lists. It helps you uncover the beliefs, patterns, and inner blocks that have been running the show, often without your awareness. Through guided conversations, reflection, and gentle accountability, you start to see yourself and your life differently. Change becomes possible not just intellectually, but in how you actually feel and behave day to day.

Why would I need a coach, and is coaching right for me?

You might be drawn to coaching if you want support that is not clinical in nature, you live outside Ontario, you have already done therapeutic work and want to build on it, or you are ready to focus on what is next rather than what happened. Coaching clients tend to be motivated, self-aware, and ready to invest in themselves.

How is coaching different from therapy? Which one do I need?

Therapy with Bethany (within Ontario): focuses on healing past wounds, managing mental health, and processing trauma. It is regulated and covered by some insurance plans.


Coaching with Bethany (worldwide): forward-focused, goal-oriented, building new patterns and possibilities. Available globally. ICF-accredited but not regulated.
